O objetivo da a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 facilitar o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o ao servi\u00e7o e assim evitar que materiais sejam despejados do lado de fora das unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os ecopontos s\u00e3o locais preparados para receber res\u00edduos como recicl\u00e1veis, entulho (ferro, argamassa, solo), m\u00f3veis velhos, pneus, podas de \u00e1rvores, al\u00e9m de eletrodom\u00e9sticos e eletr\u00f4nicos (carca\u00e7as de computadores antigos, fog\u00f5es, geladeiras etc). O servi\u00e7o \u00e9 gratuito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As unidades Gopo\u00fava, Paraventi, Continental, Torres Tibagy, Presidente Dutra, Jurema, Jo\u00e3o do Pulo e Tim\u00f3teo Penteado tamb\u00e9m possuem hor\u00e1rio de atendimento ampliado. Os demais ecopontos funcionam de\u00a0segunda\u00a0a\u00a0sexta-feira, das 8h15 \u00e0s 16h, e aos s\u00e1bados das 8h15 \u00e0s 15h30. Guarulhos oferece 32 unidades Ecoponto.
